Very disappointing experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Every time my daughter asked for information, she received different answers from different people. No one seemed to know what they were doing, which caused confusion, stress, and frustration. Communication is terrible and customer service is one of the worst we’ve experienced. Thank God my daughter was able to leave and no longer deal with this place. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone

I'll go over some of the positive things first, and then dive into all the negative stuff after. The location itself is convenient in my opinion. It's less than 2 minutes away from the college, and it's off to the side, so it's pretty quiet compared to most of the housing on the main road. The staff is also very nice and helpful!! They're also pretty good when it comes to hosting consistent events for the complex. I also like how they only charge $30 for the year for parking instead of per month like some of the student housing. I think they still also have an officer patrol the complex on weekends, as well as during football games to make sure no one that isn't supposed to be here is wandering around. For the negatives, the first one is definitely the amount you pay, as I feel like it's kinda overpriced. You shouldn't really be paying 1k a month to live with 3 other people. The wifi is also very unreliable. Sometimes it just randomly shuts off, even when nothing is happening, which can be terrible if you're doing schoolwork. The walls are THIN, like paper thin. You'll most likely be able to hear everything your roommates are doing, even if they seem to be talking at a low volume. If you get roommates who love to invite people over all the time and or stay up late on phone calls, good luck getting any sleep. The gym has also been closed for a year or almost a year? I asked about it recently and they said they were having issues with the company who were supposed to be fixing it, which is understandable, but I feel like this is definitely something that residents should've been notified of, instead of asking why WAY after the period it was promised to be opening, especially considering this is one of the amenities that we are actively paying for. I believe the last time I checked the website, it also says the gym is opening is 2025, and we're going into the new year in a couple of days. There is some gym equipment in the clubhouse, but I believe from when I checked last time, it was only 2 bikes and a couple of weights. I would also make sure you're keeping track of who says what, as unfortunately there was a time I wasn't told vital information about my deposit for the first and last month of rent despite the fact that I had receipts saying the amount was specifically for the deposit and was told everything would be taken care of and that I didn't need to do anything else. Apparently you are supposed to email them that the money is for the deposit despite already having a receipt saying the amount paid is specifically for the deposit and nothing else? But the information was not listed anywhere in the lease OR on the website, and this was my first year doing the deposit, so I had absolutely no way of knowing, and it created a HUGE inconvenience for both me and my parent as it was placed incorrectly. The desk chairs are also pretty uncomfortable. I had to bring in my own from home because it was hurting my back, and there was also pet hair on it when I had first moved in 😬 same goes for the ones in the dining room, as we eventually had to buy cushions to sit on. The service that they use for the electric and water is easy to navigate, but the fact that you have to pay an annual fee, while said fee increases every year you stay is crazy. There are also NO security cameras, which isn't great at all. The only one they have is right by the office, but I was told that one doesn't work whatsoever. You also have to pay $350 just to move to a different unit, as well as if you give up your lease to someone else, which is unfortunate, especially if you are paired with terrible roommates. Unless you catch a deal with reduced pricing, I'd probably look for other housing because it's definitely not worth spending over 1k a month. If you have close friends who are also in the area, I'd highly recommend looking into renting a house. From the options I've seen, most don't go over $900, and there is a good chance you won't have to worry about anything listed above.

This apartment is in a good location and the staff are very helpful and kind. My main issue is that the rent is overpriced and the wifi is often unreliable. I have some friends who live at other apartment complexes with more spacious rooms/bathrooms and the same amenities for $100-$200 cheaper than my rent.

I toured this place on 11/16/2025 and the price of a 4 bed 2 bath was $880 per month online, and said to the man giving me the tour that I was planning to come back the next day to sign with a friend of mine, and was told that would be perfectly fine. However, the next day the price had increased to $960 per month online and I called and was told that they would be unable to honor the price that I had gotten the previous day without waiting a few days and talking to higher ups (with a potential for the price to increase even more). Just sharing to hopefully help anyone else get in this situation as they said multiple people had called and were trying to resolve this issue. The actual rooms were fine though, slightly small.

I am so disappointed in this complex. My son moved in on 8/15/25 with his 2 friends. It’s is now 11/4/25 and they have had numerous issues. We were told to pay the first month on 8/1/25 but move in day wasn’t until 8/15/25. They use the 2 weeks to inspect, clean and repair the apartments. This using was not cleaned nor repaired. Upon move in, one bathroom had mold across the ceiling, the ac was horrendous including dust and dirt coming from the vents. Luckily my husband checked the electrical switches after one wasn’t working and found them to be so badly damaged they could have caused a fire. The first week- the ac broke twice and the window fell out of the living room-causing hot air to get in with a non-cooling ac in Florida. Since then the ac has stopped working 2 more times, the plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms stopped working, the dishwasher and over/stove stopped working. These issues caused them to not be able to cook or clean dishes for multiple days. Today I revised a picture of the ac filter after it stopped working again, frozen and dripping with water. Not to mention filthy because it has not been changed since September. Now, let’s add the constant banging on the floor from the upstairs tenant who has been following and watching these boys. Causing them to be targeted by someone with a record for stalking and more, making them feel unsafe. Management has yet to handle this after multiple conversations, complaints, police calls, emails with video proof of torment at all hours of the day and night. I wanted to love this place, the people are nice, friendly, and I love the community engagement, but they did not and are not doing their part nor are they taking care of the constant run down appliances in this unit. This is my son’s first time living away from home and it’s been a nightmare. These are kids, living alone many for the first time, being taken advantage of for $900/month…they could do better.
