Millenium Cove

Trash is being scattered everywhere as tenants don't care about respecting the rules. There are places to dump trash bags but they don't even know how to read in English to know where to place their trash bags, then they place on the ground. Animals open the bags spreading trash all around and there is no trash collecting service . The beautiful bushes of before are now full of trash bags and cans and bottles and it is a shame .

Second time renewing my lease here. Although it has not been perfect I can honestly say I’m happy to be here. Neighborhood full of friendly people, families with kids that play around all day, sometimes feels like I’m back in Cuba where kids can run free, barefoot and have a great time all together even with language barriers and differences where we can’t even understand each other, but everyone’s friendly and willing to help and get together. Jasmine and Dajah helped me a lot this time for renewal, moving to a bigger apartment and they’ve been nothing but accommodating. And I can’t forget to mention the maintenance team, all of them are always ready to help, Felipe, David and manager. Great community.

I came to look at an apartment. Dajah was the young lady who helped me she was so professional. She went above and beyond to get me to rent this unit it's a very nice property it is very close to the school I want my child in. The apartment was nice. If I rent an apartment here it will be because of the staff Dajah is amazing and really knows her stuff.

I had an excellent experience at the apartment located in the Millenia Cove condominium in Orlando, in apartment 2436. The condominium is secure, with electronic access control, and offers great infrastructure: swimming pool, gym, recreation area, and ample parking. The location is also a major highlight — close to The Mall at Millenia, supermarkets, restaurants, and with easy access to the city's main roads and theme parks. Not to mention the excellent service from the manager Jasmine and our consultant Selma.
