Metro Village Apartments

This place is so unprofessional. They never answer the calls and when you drive there is always close. I ask around some of the tenants and they informed me that there was a change in management, that would be a mistake to move there. They also told me their car have been vandalized several times and the office don't take any measures about it. Thanks God I didn't move there.

These people are so dishonest and evil. They put down thin plastic linoleum on their floors instead of using tiles and then when you are moving in, out or moving your furnitures and the plastic linoleum gets a little tear, they take all your deposit and tells you that is for the "holes in the linoleum"($800-$1000 or more for holes) depending on your deposit amount,something they replace anyway for each new tenant that moves in. The hardly do any service when required, their appliances do not work properly and the place is roach infested. They spray paint their bathroom, therefore it stripes when you clean it. The washer and dryer is old and makes alot of noise and the glass top stove( only one burner work). I advise, do not go there. They find ways to take your deposit at all cause.. dishonest people..

Gloria LaTorre was very helpful in introducing the complex during the evaluation phase. There are only 6 townhouses, and they go fast.
