I’ve been here for 10 tens years and the manager and maintenance guy are the best we have ever had I 💙it out here it’s quiet and clean and close to stores and the beach.

It's a great place.Neighbors are friendly and the lady that works in the office is very nice and helpful. No complaints!

Thank you to the management, Noni and the maintenance man Dennis for upgrading my bathroom. That was just the most recent upgrade. They upgraded my kitchen a while back as well thank you very much much appreciated. I would highly recommend renting for meadowdale it's gotten a lot better in the past few years.

Lovely place to live! Meadowdale is very quiet and calm. It's close to downtown and the mall isn't too far away, so it's very convenient. Property management and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. The water heater is honestly the best I've ever experienced anywhere, which has been so nice. And you get a patio! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable place to call home!

This place ticks all those boxes. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. It features a utility closet that not only includes a washer and dryer hookup but also provides ample storage space for other belongings. There’s ample grass for your furry companions to run and play, and the friendly dogs in the complex make for a great neighborhood. Before moving in, the apartment underwent a refreshing renovation, complete with new cabinets, paint, and flooring. The living room boasts a spacious layout with a vaulted ceiling, while the bedroom is generously sized and offers ample closet space for your belongings. The property manager and maintenance man are exceptional. They are always visible and responsive to requests, and you can even strike up a conversation with them while they’re walking the property. If you’re in the market for a new place to live, I highly recommend adding Meadowdale Apartments to your list. It’s conveniently located near downtown, offering easy access to a variety of amenities within a 10-minute drive.
