Maxwell Garden Apartments

It's been peaceful and safe. It's a blessing for a person that is disabled, surviving on fixed income. I like keeping to myself as I believe it ensures the peaceful and safe elements. Management along with staff, have been very effective in keeping the property well intact. It's a repurposed motel room, but you can make it a one room palace. That's what I did. If you want to live a nice, cleaning supplies I found right across the street at Dollar General, Home Depot has paint which is not expensive. This entire room was basically decorated by second hand furniture stores. It was put together on peanuts, and I live extremely well. I don't have bugs. There's no reason for anybody to take such a nice opportunity for affordable housing and live like a pig. They even keep the pool up beautifully! Most places would fill it, and save liability cost on insurance. There is ample security lighting, security guards, security cameras, washer and dryer on site, rent is all inclusive. How could anyone ask for more without feeling shame? What's more, it's a lakefront property, certain apartments have gorgeous views. Especially the apartments that face the lake and overlook the pool area. If beer is more important than living nicely, and trying your best to be happy, please don't come here.

Maxwell garden has been a blessing to me I'm so thankful to be here being on a fixed income and being able to afford my rent on my own is a true blessing the staff are real friendly and kind and it doesn't take long for them to work on things in your apartment when you put a work order in this place is amazing
