Maxwell Garden Apartments

Maxwell garden has been a blessing to me I'm so thankful to be here being on a fixed income and being able to afford my rent on my own is a true blessing the staff are real friendly and kind and it doesn't take long for them to work on things in your apartment when you put a work order in this place is amazing

They are great with there residents Low income , programs , activities, much help on site

This place has mold and electric fire Hazzards. I hear the county is about to step in to audit some of the notice serving procedures and practices that management used such as using residents living there to knock on doors to see who is in the room and having individuals who are not an actual employee post notices as well as fudging paperwork and discrimination. There is a change in management and turn over of staff coming

I've been a resident here 4 years now, great place to live, All the staff are just great People......Edwin, Ms.Gail, Diana, Mark, Ms Toya, Ms. Juanita all are really fantastic People, They would work with you as far as rent goes, as long as you inform of when you're gonna pay, They will work with you, also there are lots of activities that go on, like bingo, card games, events and chances to win prizes from those activities.....I won half my rent off at one, from a drawing, it was great... They have security and surveillance cameras, I've never had a problem there, There is some shady People there, but that always works itself out, cause sooner or later they do something wrong and they get rid of those types......but Management is really great here, really nice People.....The Best..💪🏾👌🏾💯😎

bad service they even want to find out the color of socks you are wearing and everything is paper and paper I don't understand why they demand as much as if you were going to live in a 5 star place and they also verify what you do with the money and ask you for proof I understand that they are getting very personal into the clients' lives you just need to know if you can meet the rent and if you have a job if people are looking for help it is because they need it or you think that the person who has money wants to live there noooo there are never people going who really need help because they are homeless or going through a difficult economic situation.
