Beware if you dare: Used to be really amazing now, it's just another complex run by a big property management company who only cares about their bottom line and the money they make. FPI/Asset will do anything to save a $. Including losing good tenants by forcing them out by unjustly raising costs and fees (many tenants are paying different prices for the same sized units), refusing to pay excellent staff to care for and build rapport with tenants ( all the great staff have moved to better opportunities ) and losing vendors due to unpayed bills ie. Valet Trash, lawn care/pest control and pool care. Tell me why I've been coned into paying $55 for trash per month. (Valet Trash is $25, trash dumpster cost $30) Good luck trying to contact anyone who will help with an office that is never open, an email that will never respond, and a phone & voicemail box that will not return your call.

The condominium has a great location, the apartments are well organized and clean, but the only big problem is that they provide only one parking space per apartment and if two adults with cars live in the same apt you will have to pay to park the car close to home, because they never find available spaces for guests. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Tatiana is a.GREAT property manager and the maintenance supervisor José.is hard-working man.and very smart . Good SAFE place to live for sure. The renewing of the.lease was very easy to do. And we have lived here for eight years. Thx Ray

I absolutely love these apartments, been here for 5 years. Year 4 went down real bad due to poor management. The apartments would/could thrive if they were properly managed. There's no communication from management, you reach out but little to no response. Like I said the apartments are good, great location. Just need to be managed/ kept better.

I am a resident of this disastrous condominium (note this because I am tied to a contract) it happened to me because I did not want to do things as they really should have and take these people where they should have taken them by having me and my family for 3 months without air conditioning, two minor children, 3 months without being able to sleep well because of the heat, the apartment completely full of mold, all of this happened in their other property, Mery Palm Bay. At that time one of the managers Alberto Gonzales came to talk to us to try to reach an agreement because obviously it was convenient for them because in the conditions they had us after having received a certified letter to write and send to the office things were already taking a direction that did not suit them there if he behaved very kindly and trying to reach an agreement with that person we have tried to contact us on thousands of occasions because he gave us his phone number and email, we have tried to contact him since here in this disaster many things happen like for example they charge you what they understand as public services they charge you 25 dollars for garbage that nobody picks up and you have to pay it because in addition to like 28 more for garbage from the city and that is because yes and that is the response of Tatiana Chavarría to everything that one can ask her things are like that because yes and period that is the manager of the apartment that does not solve anything only brings conflicts simply because she is the manager of the two condominiums Marin Harvard and Mery Palm Bay and in the certified letter I wrote it and here it is I'll make it clear again, Tatiana Chavarria, that woman has no ethics whatsoever. That woman thinks she's the owner, that things happen just because and that's it, because after you sign the contract you have to put up with it for the time she says, for her the tenants don't matter, she's collecting her money, and if you go to ask to try to resolve something with her it's just for fun because she doesn't listen to you, it's this because and that's it. Anyway, I just want you not to fall for this here, that these people have no professional ethics whatsoever. So think carefully before you fall for it.
