Nice and quiet place to live

David from maintenance was genuinely amazing. The AC had been having issues for a long time and completely stopped working for a couple of days. He came in, worked for a couple hours in the heat, stayed until everything was fully fixed, and never rushed the process. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and helping residents instead of just doing the bare minimum. Great energy, great work ethic, and overall just an awesome person. Really appreciate the effort and professionalism :))

Neonna is super helpful and always makes the process easy for everyone. I've seen how she goes above and beyond for others, and she always has a helpful attitude. Definitely the kind of person you'd want helping you through the move-in process!

The staff was professional, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially want to highlight Kamila, who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me a full tour of the property. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The maintenance team also seemed very friendly and approachable, which is always a great sign in a community. Overall, I was very impressed with Maitland Pointe Apartments and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
