I thought about moving here long time ago but I just seen them on the news that somebody got shot and killed change my mind real quick

The place is okay honestly, you get what you pay for. The roach infestation was absolutely terrible when I first moved in but I took it upon myself to change that and I have not seen many roaches since then. If you need something done, don't even bother calling the office staff as they do not answer the phone. However; Andrew, the maintenance guy is awesome!!

I’m going on my second year of my lease. Andrew is a really great maintenance worker. Anytime I needed help or needed something repaired he fixes it immediately. For the most part my experience is a 6/10. The roaches and ants here are totally disappointing. Then the company they use doesn’t actually thoroughly spray and they only spray the kitchen. When you ask for full house you have to jump through loops sign papers. I’m not the one to complain but I just really wish they took this roach problem seriously. It’s to the point they are now in my car. I love the spaciousness of the home.

I'm really happy to write this little memo, since the day they sent me a message that I was qualified for the house, I didn't wait for them to give me the key, at the appointment that 'they gave me to sign the house contract, I'm glad that they also gave me the key, that's when they say that tomorrow I will come to pay and also collect the key. aaaa I can't explain that I have never been comfortable falling asleep and I will wait until tomorrow God willing, it was a wonderful experience for me then. finally, I really like the apartment, but there are certain things to change inside the house: for example: the carpet is really worn and needs to be changed, the fridge is really ugly, the oven and the cupboard are not. healthy too. after a good repair on Sunday 10/10 because the workers in the office are really good, wow, I have no words for them, they know how to help someone, they are wise and have incredible patience during my application. There were 3 people. on the second floor, I told each of them, 2 Haitians and a black American, they are very cool, I love you gays. Thank you very much, I really like your work.
