This accommodation offers a functional living space with a decent room setup, including useful amenities and good noise cancellation, alongside convenient parking. However, some residents have noted issues with the aging facilities, including occasional maintenance needs like a temperamental elevator, and a recurring insect problem that requires careful food storage.

Do yourself a favor and never agree to stay there. Very Strict rules by management / unannounced searches and raids / no courtesy warnings / Upper Management Does not care . Find something off campus .... place is run poorly.

Short Review: Old but functional (sometimes) and HUGE insect problem Long Review: The appearance of the building is alright. Nothing stands out being a modern apartment. It seems like Building C is the most rundown and oldest building out of the three buildings in the Harris Village. There is a lot of dirtiness and spiders since the inside of the apartment is actually still the outside which has no A/C. Good design to use A/C where it is actually needed the most. However, the elevator (there is only one) is very fragile since it broke three times in the same week after being in a heavy workload of students moving in for the summer term which sucks since I have to move all of my stuff from the bottom floor to 2 floors above by stairs.. I moved in with roommates already living in there and the inside is alright. The living space is decent with a couch, table, and chairs. The is a stove and microwave that the roomates are using so it still works. The bathroom is showing its age by the fact that the whole rod with the shower curtain is rusting over and looks horrible. The water still is hot so ain't complaining about that. My room was also alright with the carpet and 2 windows with good looking color wood desk and dresser. However, I saw bugs on my desk and in my bed after my first night which was disturbing. I submitted a report about it and I gotten an email saying that the facilities staff came and sprayed my room for bugs so I hope it fixes the problem. Now to save people from chosing this place, if you leave any food in your room, the bugs WILL find it so I recommend not to bring any food into your room!!! (Update: It did not. Today on May 23 I woke up with bugs ON MY FACE!! - Strike 2) Overall, it is old, small, and nothing amazing, but it is still functional so I am alright so far.
