Prices are reasonable, and the location is great—very close to UCF, with a shuttle that runs throughout the day. Parking can be difficult to find at times especially if you are coming home late at night. I loved the lounge areas; they were great for studying and offered free printing and coffee. We always went over utilities every month, even though we were careful. We also had issues with noisy neighbors, and although we submitted complaints, they were never addressed. Maintenance requests, however, were handled in a timely manner. Overall, you get what you pay for.

I've been living here for a little over a year and it's pretty good. I mean, no genuine complaints. I'm a student without a car so the shuttle is so helpful and it's not too far from a CVS, Publix, Starbucks, and a Walmart. I've gotten the typical- insects, maybe a few flies but there's not much management can do to remedy that. For the proximity to UCF and the price, it's pretty good. I would say maybe other places look better but here you get a private bed and bath for cheaper than most places around here. I also appreciate the security guards and gates that ensure safety in the community. My only complaint so far is how thin the walls are and how the internet shuts down for full days sometimes. Otherwise, just renewed my lease!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The only good thing about this place is the location. This place is extremely inconsiderate of its residents. Multiple urgent work orders were cancelled with no explanation. I had a terrible mold problem due to water leaks, which made me very sick, and the response I got from the residents office was “why don’t you go buy some bleach and clean it yourself?” Don’t even get me started on how TERRIBLE Geokey is. When Geokey is down (which it usually is multiple times a week) you must wait in the long GUEST line and SHOW ID to enter your own apartment! They constantly spam emails about releasing, when they should be focusing on making this a better place to live for residents. Also, The fact that they raised rent to $960 for a 4x4 is INSANE!!! Totaling over $3,800 a month for one unit. The way residents are treated here does NOT justify this price at all. So many aspects of this place feel predatory on young college students. There are so many better options out there.

I’ve lived here for three years, and this place has turned into an absolute embarrassment. My rent went up by $100 when I switched rooms, and somehow, everything got worse. My bathroom ceiling started leaking, and the so-called “repair” was a dehumidifier blasting heat and noise for a week that made it impossible to fall asleep, followed by a piece of cardboard nailed over the hole that has been there for 36 days now. That is not a fix, that is a cover-up. To make it worse, roaches crawl in and out of that same spot very frequently, and when I emailed maintenance about it, they ignored that part entirely. The internet constantly goes down — easily five or more times — and when it does work, it barely holds a signal. I’ve had more consistent Wi-Fi in random parking lots. What’s frustrating is I was excited to move into this room. I even helped the last resident clean and move out, only to end up paying more money for a room that feels neglected, patched together, and flat-out disrespected by management. For the amount people pay to live here, the standards are a joke. “Fixes” are temporary and cosmetic at best — half the time their idea of a solution just creates another problem. Meanwhile, management floods your inbox with constant reminders to renew your lease, almost like a constant reminder that they care more about keeping you under their roof than actually caring about you as a resident. If management actually cared about residents instead of squeezing out rent increases for the bare minimum, this place could be decent. But right now, it’s just lazy, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.

Are you disabled? Do you use a vehicle? Do you want multiple golf carts in your disabled parking spot, when they literally have their own parking? Do you want construction equipment, port-a-potties, and dumpsters taking up your spots for a month or so and be forced to park further away and take longer to walk to your apartment as a disabled person? Do you like it when people litter in your spots? If so, you'll LOVE Knight's Circle! EDIT: Forgot to include photos, so added those just now. The last 6 that I included are just for documenting the names of the companies of the vehicles/equipment used in case that information is useful.
