Indigo Pines Apartments

AWFUL! Recent reviews are not wrong! If you enjoy peace or work from home, forget this place. Construction noise 24/7. The buildings are old, windows are thin and so are the floors. People coming and going all hours, revving loud trucks and motorcycles, racing around the parking lots. Non-smoking buildings are now filled with various forms of smoke. Complex communication is non-existent. Water shut off randomly w no notice and cable TV permanently cut off no notice to residents. Rent is too high for this quality of apartment. better off paying more money elsewhere.

I visited Indigo Pines and had a great time. Every single member of the staff was welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. I found out about pricing and amenities and now I am looking into touring some apartments there. If you can, stop by the office and talk to Kaitlyn or Samantha - they are so happy to help.

Resident of 2 years, lovely neighborhood. Staff is great. Always helpful and accommodating. Rhonda is a great manager, funny and friendly. Leasing staff always willing to take the time to truly explain the paperwork. Food trucks come regularly it's always nice meeting new neighbors waiting for your food. All around great place, with amazing people.

A slice of peace right in the heart of Daytona! My partner and I love the ambience, friendliness, and overall community here. Rhonda has managed to build a neighborhood where you can feel safe and private, yet walk outside and be greeted by tons of lovely neighbors and even their pets. Our favorite part is the dog park and the streetlights! This place is right off Williamson and basically a 3-10 minute from anything 🥰✨

My fiance and i love living here!!! ( And leia!) All the girls at the office are SO SWEET and amazing!!! they always are so kind and helpful!! Leia loves coming to see the girls at the office and gets her treat!! Couldn’t ask for better customer service and kind/caring staff!! Super friendly :)
