The place looks dirty as soon as you turn in to the complex the managers are slow as hell they tell you your approved and qualify just so they can waste your time I’m glad I didn’t move here

The dishwasher is old its been there since the last people. I been living here two years and nothing is new. Im still complaining about the dip in my floors cause it can cave in at anytime. And maintenance say everything is OK when its really not I live there not them so everything should have been new and up to date before I ever moved in they never fix anything properly.

The Leasing agent Teresa & Katherine is among the BEST ! They both goes above and beyond for they residents and upcoming residents . The maintenance Wesley & Anthony Are AWESOME . Maintenance problem they get the job done right away . Not to mention they keep the community clean .

This place sucks. Since I moved here windows won't open full of rust and mold on the sides. Cabinets are like 40 years old with rust on all the metal and even broken wood. And A whole lot of different things that keep breaking and not getting fixed. Never have pest control come over. Always do it myself. Those picture you see is FALSE ADVETISMENT! It looks nothing like those pictures. Had to update the post because after I made this review I got a call from the manager (Spanish lady) yelling at me being super unprofessional on why and when I try to explain she just kept talking over me and then hung up on me. Don't be mad at me because you can't do your job!

Really bad. More than week my AC not working my apartment is 86F we can't breathe well because is too hot. When maintenance coming they never Really fixed the problem. Meaning after they left, AC stop again
