The experience at the office was very good, especially Ana, who assisted me. She was very kind and courteous. In terms of maintaining their staff, the service is excellent. I congratulate you and encourage you to keep it up.

The office staff is wonderful. Sofia and Ana were very helpful to my daughter who is now a resident. I would also like to thank Andres from maintenance for fixing some problems and issues. He worked clean and resolved every issue on the list in one visit and in a very short amount of time… Very happy with his work…

I love the New Administration @ Fusion Orlando!! Diana the property manager has a great team!!! This is a Beautiful Place to live , with so much attention to the residents and always moving forward to update the community and the surrounding areas.. What a big difference in such a change being a resident for 6 years !!!👍🏼

DONT DO IT! The office staff here are amazing and absolutely wonderful. The maintenance workers also very very good. But like most things in the United States now the property is owned by an investment company who wants to bleed you dry in any manner it possibly can. I will update with pictures of the apartment, they are infested and I mean absolutely completely infested with cockroaches and other bugs they will fall on you in the middle of the night while trying to sleep, it will be in your food. They will crawl all over you. It’s so bad. And I clean my house at least once a day. I’m mop my floors every other day I clean like crazy so it’s not because I don’t know how to keep my house clean. The market has gotten much better in Orlando, so the rent that you pay here is higher than any other place in the area for a slumlord to run it. They charge you five dollars to get a card that you can add money onto after you pay the five dollars to do laundry. None of the washing machines ever work your clothes come out like crap in the laundry room is disgusting. The only reason Prob got two stars instead of zero is because the staff that work here are great and they worked their butts off for a company that is evil

It’s been 2 weeks since I landed my new place at Fusion Orlando. I’m thrilled with my apartment and all the amenities, especially the gym. The application process was smooth and effective thanks to the help and professionalism of Diana, Keith, and Dave! Thank you so much for the clear steps I needed to take to become a resident at this promising community where I can enjoy my new Home with my dog Rambo!
