Edgewood Apartments

This was easily THE best moving experience I’ve had ! Angela was very patient an willing to help. She even stayed later than her scheduled time just to assist. The community is very clean and extremely quiet the pool area is always well kept. Maintenance is up to date and friendly. Grateful for you Angela ! Thank you.

Both Angela (the senior executive manager of the referenced property) and Francesco (the chief maintenance superintendent) have been collegial, kind, and eager to assist on all matters technical and logistics. Based on what I have observed, they extend the same courtesy and cheer to all members of this community.

We moved here from another state. Angela in the office was very helpful and a delight to communicate with. My son lives in the area. So he was the one to look at the apartment and area for us. When I arrived to move in, I was impressed with the property. It is so well maintained. We were so fortunate to have found a place that we are happy with and can call home.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 23 years (2001 - 2024) and I can honestly say that since this complex was bought and taken over by the new owners and changed from Bentley Pines to now Edgewood Apartments the place has gotten a total transformation. The parking lots have been repaved, sidewalks have had the cracks sealed up or portions replaced, new doors replaced on every apartment, new siding & new privacy fence on every apartment, new laundry room and new additions to the pool with new furniture and grills added, the pool is constantly cleaned and maintained. There has been a few managers since the change but all have been very attentive to the needs of the residents here super nice and the maintenance crew here is top notch and addresses your needs. Rent is expensive everywhere these days but here @ Edgewood Apartments it is a quiet community and affordable compared to other rentals nearby. Garbage & water are also included with the rent. It’s a great place to live you won’t find no better a place.
