Dwell Nona Place

I am so happy that I made the decision to make Dwell Nona Place my home. I couldn’t be more pleased with the hospitality provided from the management and staff. I walk the complex daily for exercise and the common areas are always nice and clean! I love the lake views and sunsets!

Really enjoy living here. The property is always clean, the amenities are great, and everything is well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and actually cares, which makes a big difference. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I would recommend this place to others. Great experiences thus far and great neighbors. A place where you would love to start a family. The amenities are great and the pool is a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone who is searching for a place to live. 10/10

My partner and I recently moved from Milwaukee to Orlando, and the team at Dwell made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I have a physical disability that I initially didn’t disclose to the leasing team, assuming all buildings would have an elevator. After we received the welcome letter—but before signing the lease—I called to confirm elevator access, only to find out that the building did not have one. Krystal responded with compassion and efficiency, seamlessly switching us to a similar ground-floor unit that met my accessibility needs. I was so relieved and grateful for how quickly and kindly she handled the situation. Krystal has been amazing always accessible by phone and email, and I’ve felt supported every step of the way through the usual ups and downs of moving. Jessica assisted us on move-in day and was absolutely lovely. The entire leasing team is phenomenal! We hadn’t toured the apartment in person before signing, but it looks exactly like the photos online—if not better. Jessica gave us a tour of the property when we got there which was so nice of her, and we appreciated having a better understanding of the amenities which has also exceeded our expectations. We just submitted our move-in form and noted one minor maintenance item, and the manager is already working on getting it addressed promptly. My partner and I are thrilled to be here. It already feels like home.

This place is amazing, the staff is very friendly and professional. This place is amazing, the atmospheres and layout are incredible. The maintenance staff is great, they care for this place and do there best to solve your situation in a timely manner. I've benn here for 3 years and I don't seem to leave any time soon. Love this place.
