אפשר לנסח כך באנגלית: ⚠️ Stay Away From This Place! ⚠️ Do not even consider renting here. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an apartment complex. I lived in this community for about six months. During that time, I constantly complained about excessive noise coming from the neighboring apartment. I contacted management multiple times and repeatedly asked them to address the issue, but nothing was done. The noise continued, and I felt completely ignored as a resident. Eventually, I requested to be released from my lease. After realizing they had failed to properly handle both my complaints and the tenant causing the disturbance, they agreed to let me out of the contract. Despite everything, I decided to give them a second chance. A few months later, I became interested in another apartment within the same complex. After several days, they contacted me and said they had found a unit for me. I went to the office ready to sign the lease, only to be told that they would not honor the promotion they were advertising. The promotion clearly stated two months free rent, and it was still displayed on their website. Suddenly, I was told that the promotion had “just ended.” Conveniently, this happened only after I showed up ready to move forward. The entire experience felt dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was left with the impression that management does not value its residents and is willing to change the rules whenever it suits them. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of apartment communities in the area that treat their residents with far more respect and honesty. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Excellent service from Carmen, very kind, I highly recommend her. Deseo Grande Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend it.

I love living here, the staff is super attentive and enforces rules which is hard to come by in a property on I drive. I personally witnessed the assistant manager Isabella get yelled at by a neighbor of mine. She was asking him to stop smoking on his patio as this is a smoke free property and he yelled at her! Cursed her out an all. She held her own and never lost her cool. The team is cleaning out the property and ensuring that the residents who want to live in a smoke free, clean environment stay. Great job Deseo Team.
