From the very first phone call to inquire about a new home for Dad to move-in day,, she has represented Covenant with professionalism and care, Thank you and I recommend that you check out these apartments!

can't say enough great things about living in apartment in covenant on the lakes I moved from a 3 bedroom house lived there 3 years I got stuck there needed to rent a place fast it was a living nighmare got stuck paying for every utilities that you can imagine in the 3 years their were 5 murders within 500 feet of that house i l got stuck there because I couldn't save enough money to move because with the rent and utilities took most of my money living in covenant on the lakes is paradise front office marilyn petty is the bomb she is the same helpful property manager everyday she really doesn't get enough credit for all she does she is a great coordinator thanks marilyn for all you do for us

RAT INFESTED. ROACH INFESTED. This place doesnt care about its residents. My mom is suffering in her apartment because of these people and they are refusing to help her. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will be contacting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to see what they say.

They should be ashamed of themselves, the way this place is secured. Especially that someone's mother. father , grandfather or grandmother live there. There's no lighting at the entrance. Oh yeah let's talk about that. Who designed the entrance. Security needs step, like someone who checks those tampered side doors and locks, not that sit down cop.

I will never understand the negative reviews that Have been submitted about this place. The positive things about Covenant on the Lakes are too many to mention here. From the extreme attentiveness and professionalism of the staff to the to the extreme lengths that the maintenance personnel go to in order to make sure that this place is well-maintained and immaculately clean. I personally feel very blessed for being allowed to live here.
