Resumen de reseñas con IA
Students generally find this community to be a welcoming and peaceful place to live, with a strong sense of community, a clean environment, and a dedicated team that promptly addresses maintenance needs. Its quiet atmosphere, beautiful landscaping, and proximity to downtown DeLand, shops, and restaurants make it an attractive option, with many appreciating the included internet and in-unit washer/dryer. While most experiences are positive, some residents have noted concerns about parking enforcement for handicap spaces and occasional issues with communication from management regarding lease terms and deposits.
