While my husband and I have had our issues a with the apartment over the last almost 2 years we've lived here, one thing we've never had a problem with is Traci in the front office. When we originally toured the property it was Traci who showed us around and we fell in love with her vibrant personality. I was so glad to see her come back from the other property, Traci truly cares about the residents and any complaints we have had and brought to her attention had been dealt with swiftly.

This place is disgusting it is so small old and poorly updated it’s sad! the people that run it are terrible and unresponsive they don’t do anything they tell you and have no communication skills. The buildings have mold in them all over the place I’ve actually had friends move in and they had to switch their apartment because of mold problems and then they try to make them pay for the switch. The parking lot is so broken and old that your car feels like it’s going to shake apart. The maintenance people do not fix anything properly and when you move in just about everything is broken. On the first week my washing machine was broken my disposal was broken and they tried to tell me they will get to it next week I said I have to do laundry I just moved in. The roof leaks sometimes, the pool is never clean I could go on and on with how horrible this place is so please do the right thing and not move in here! We had a neighbor attack us because we complained about their loud music and the office told them where we lived and he came after us, we had to call the police it was crazy, we had it all on a ring camera and they still did nothing. Also the whole place is infested with spiders and ants!! they completely get all over your car inside and out! The referral system is a joke it took 4 months of badgering them and calling them to get the referral incentive, they said that we did not do it properly and they were not gonna give it to us until we found copies of all the paperwork where we completely did do it correct and then they did give it to us they literally tried to scam us. Also every time it rains every unit is underwater on the bottom floor it’s horrible they really need to fix the drain system my shoes would be soaked some days trying to get into my apartment. Also the bathrooms are old and look like they are out the 80s and the old nasty swollen water damage counters crumble apart!!
