The maintenance experience is the best, because it doesn't not take a long time for the issue to be resolved. I like the fact that this apartment is very clean, the office staff is beyond amazing 👏Technician Eduardo did a very good job thank you!

Ally came and fulfilled our work order on a holiday weekend, even had to go to Home Depot to get a part and was very polite and quick about it. Thank you for being so on top of things Ally! We appreciate you 🙏

if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would! for the past 6 MONTHS i’ve had water leaking from the roof in the kitchen! I first reached out to the complex back in MAY when i found the leak & mold in my cabinets. I reached out to the complex various times yet nothing was done about the leak until SEPTEMBER! when maintenance finally did come to my apartment to look at the molded cabinets all they did was remove the cabinets & left it like that for weeks & replace then WITHOUT FIXING THE LEAK! after this the water continued to leak to extent that water got into the outlets in my kitchen & fried so now i can’t even plug in a microwave if i wanted to! management is extremely unhelpful when it comes to any repairs i’ve spoken with their property manager william on multiple occasions and each time he brushes the situation off when i HAVE NOT been able to properly store food or kitchenware in my apartment for my entire lease !

Thanks to Donald for coming and fixing my door that was damaged very badly. He fixed it like new. He was amazing with attitude and professionalism. And thanks to the Coconut Palms leasing staff for making sure that my door was repaired. Again thanks to Donald and the tactical for amazing repairs.
