Bella Vita Apartments

It's the worst place I've ever lived in. It's horrible, the service is terrible, and there are lots of cockroaches.

If you have a life and people like to visit you do not move here.This place is the worst place I lived you cannot have no visitors.throughout both complexes combined there's not even 12 visitor parking spots . Please don't ask me to send no email or say we understand your concerns.this is something you guys known for a while and keep telling people you're looking into it stop looking into it and make actions.this complex is not full what so ever.there's plenty available spots again do not tell me to send a email This is just a rant thank you

I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service provided by the office team at Bella Vita Apartments. A special thank you to Kimberly, Jasmine, and Aven for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping residents. Whenever I need assistance, they are always responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Their outstanding customer service truly makes a difference and makes me feel valued as a resident. I highly recommend Bella Vita Apartments, and I sincerely appreciate Kimberly, Jasmine, and Aven for the great work they do every day.

I wanted to say Jasmine has been remarkable and helpful in many situations along with Kim and aven .Aven has also done an amazing job with getting things done and making Bella Vita a priority.the team now are great not like before they care .Also Juan he was the first face I saw when I came to Bella Vita he was pleasant,kind and caring. Worst complex I ever lived In. Since I moved in I’ve reported my washer multiple times. They’ve never replaced it, only say “it’s good” and move on. Have to unplug washer everyday so it doesn’t randomly turn on but not wash. Had the tow company tow my handicap car, was told they were sorry that it’s the office fault for not having a handicap stand on one of the parkings, let the office know and they never hit me back about it. So that was lost money. They do not care about there residence. I will not be renewing my lease. Horrible place. Everything is money to them.
