Bella Capri Apartments

Hello I have been living at Bella Capri for several years and I have to say the staff here at Bella Capri are just amazing , from AVEN always taking care of our issues to Christina going above and beyond to help residents with residential issues and beyond . The maintenance team is A + always there working hard to make your apartment better . Marianne always making sure we have coffee and Miguel and team making sure we are good . Great team and we like them here at Bella Capri .

I am extremely disappointed with this complex. I have lived here for many years, but almost a year ago new neighbors moved in (more than six men) and since then there has been constant noise at all hours. They go outside in towels and underwear, shout from the balcony day and night, and show no respect for others. I have complained to the office and sent several emails, yet nothing has been resolved. It seems easier for a resident to give up their lease than for management to actually address serious issues. I feel disappointed, overwhelmed, and I no longer have peace of mind or tranquility in my own home. 👎

1 star because of the office is horrible. I can't remember her name, maybe it was Marianna? You'll most likely find her name in all these reviews because she's so rude. I needed to use their bathroom and instead of just letting me use it when I asked they give attitude and they point me to the pool bathroom where the lights flicker and barely work....why wouldnt you just let me use your perfectly functional office bathroom? So selfish. And on multiple occasions they've given our family attitude and disrespect just for existing around them. Using the gym gets you weird looks. So. Y'know. One star. If we wanna talk about the apartment, it's fine. Lots of roaches but that's to be expected with these apartments. It was just decent.

Here at Bella Capri, the management office and maintenance staff are always compliant with any maintenance request. The office staff is always available to listen to any issues within the apartment. The maintenance team is quick to get to the root of the problem and solve it. The replacement of the water heater was installed quickly and professionally by Miguel. He cleaned up after himself and to.d us to check back with him if any other problems arose with the water heater. 5 Stars to the Bella Capri maintenance team and the office staff. Thank you…..

I would not recommend living here. The rent keeps going up, but the quality of the property has not improved. Residents often work on their cars and ride dirt bikes around the complex, making it noisy and unpleasant. The buildings are old, and no matter how clean you keep your apartment, roaches are still a problem. I ended my lease early and found a much better apartment in a nicer area for a more reasonable price. Consider yourself warned. Ok side note staff was always very helpful. Mariana has always been very helpful as well as maintenance team .
