Audubon Park Apartments

My husband and I have been living here for about three years. The managers have changed frequently, but Susan has been the best one we’ve had. As soon as she took over, she promptly addressed any issues we’ve had. The only problem I’ve encountered is the gates, which seem to have issues constantly. Additionally, the walls and floors are quite thin, allowing me to hear more than I’d like. Other than that, we’ve enjoyed living here so far. The location is really nice.

I have been living at Audubon Park for about two weeks, and my experience so far has been very positive. I constantly see both the maintenance and office staff working hard to move the property forward, which speaks highly of the management team. From day one, the customer service has been transparent and attentive. My apartment was delivered on time, in excellent condition, and very clean, showing strong organization and care for residents. The property is in a great location, and the apartments truly meet the luxury standard that is advertised. I hope this level of service and maintenance continues long term. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to choose Audubon Park as my home.

I’ve been living here for about a year, and overall, I’m pretty disappointed with the experience so far. When I first moved in, my apartment was in poor condition, management did fix most of it, but not everything. They promised to power wash my balcony (which was SO GROSS at move-in) and never followed up. The building’s elevator has been out for over three months, and despite multiple requests for updates, I’ve gotten no response. I had my injured mom visiting recently and felt awful having her climb four flights of stairs the entire time she was here. I feel like that's got to be against some ADA compliance rules, right? The gates are another ongoing problem. Sometimes they don’t open properly, and other times they don’t work at all, which makes it hard for guests or deliveries to get in. I’ve also heard from neighbors about unhoused people sleeping near the pool area, which is concerning. There are also lots of fees! I spend about $200 extra a month after rent (which isn't the worst but I wish they would have been more transparent about something like an 'electrical fee'? The bright spots are the location and the neighbors, who are genuinely kind and friendly. But for $2,000 a month for a one-bedroom, I expected better upkeep and communication. I understand the property is under new management, so I’m really hoping things improve from here, not decline further.

Living at Audubon Park Apartments has been a wonderful experience! The community is always well-kept, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. She truly goes above and beyond for residents — always approachable, attentive, and genuinely cares about making the community a great place to live. Susan, the Community Manager has been absolutely amazing! They are always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents.
