Chris was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and provided clear, detailed information throughout the tour. You can tell he truly understands the touring department and takes pride in sharing helpful insights with visitors. Chris made the experience both informative and enjoyable, and his professionalism and friendliness made everyone feel welcome. I truly appreciated the time he took to explain things and answer questions. Highly recommend taking a tour with him! 😊

Im not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from but let me start with the following: they do not inform their tenants of any major changes of the roads or buildings. Warning! charges you $150 for moving your car without your knowledge and concent... (they will state they send you an email. Other neighbors stated they never received one). the garbage in the front entrance has been out of dumpster and in mountain pile. the rent payment system changes every few months since living here. The gates never work or operate. The management or head lady isnt very kind and tends to yell and talk over you. The gym is low quality and crammed. There's been vandalism of neighborhood vehicles. These are a few things I've experienced since being here. I would like to see this place get better. These are things I've experienced since living here for 6 months.

My experience living here has been amazing,I couldn't have ask for a better experience! Christopher from the start to finish he was welcoming,funny , and genuinely nice. He made the whole tour process fun and informative without any pressure. It's clear he really cares about helping people feel comfortable and informed. If you get the chance to have Chris as tour guide ,you're in for a great experience!!! On top of that everyone in the front office is super welcoming and friendly . Highly recommend.

We love Arium in Altamonte springs.our property manager, Jackie, is incredible. Couple that with her office staff and you have an amazing support foundation. The maintenance team is always on time , very helpful and committed to resolving your issue. The property is always well care for and clean. We sincerely feel at home here which is a true testament to Jackie and her team. If you’re looking for a home, not just an apartment then this is the place. Thank you Jackie for making our place so comfortable, enjoyable and most importantly, safe. Trust me this is the place to live.

We have been here for quite a long time and i really do love it here. The apartments are nice, Maintenance crew is always on top of things, and the maintenance for the property is always trying to keep the outside Look nice. I love The pool area and walking the boardwalk to the lake in the back and I am ALWAYS using the grills. There's nice scenery for photos and backgrounds. They are always having special little activities and events in the office for all of the residents to come in and meet people and have a bite to eat, just fun little activities every month. I have made friends with a lot of my neighbor residents, And every time I go in the office, everyone is polite and nice and good to speak with. I was just in there today and spoke with Chris, he's a real nice guy, real down to Earth and he was also employed of the month last month.
