Arbors at Maitland Summit

Jose Miranda, the handman, is wonderful. He fix all little problems I had in my apartment. So far it's been a very good experience since I moved in. Hopefully it will continue for the rest of my stay.

Great place, maintenance typically comes super quick. Office staff is very present. It would be cooler if they’d add some sand to the volleyball court that’s been half dirt for three years. Also the clubhouse is literally not open half the days it should be. It’s almost always locked.
