We had a wonderful experience living at Altaire. From the day we received the keys until our move-out, the entire process was smooth and pleasant. A special thank you to Henny, the property manager, who was always incredibly responsive, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her attention and dedication truly made a difference. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a great area with easy access to everything. We are grateful for the time we spent here and highly recommend Altaire to anyone looking for a welcoming community and outstanding management. Thank you, Henny, and the entire team!

I work for Uber, and honestly, I always have a hard time accessing this complex. The access code frequently does not work, which causes delays and frustration for both drivers and customers. I have seen some vehicles enter by following residents through the gate when it opens, but I do not believe that is a proper or safe solution. I hope you can review and improve the access system, especially after 10:00 p.m., when passenger pickups are more common and the situation becomes even more difficult.

Moving here was a huge mistake, and I'll explain why. The rent payment app is incredibly inconvenient. It updates constantly, and you have to log back in every so often, which can easily lead to late payments and unnecessary extra charges. There's no assigned parking, which is extremely inconvenient after 8-9 PM, as there are so many visitors that it becomes nearly impossible to park near your own apartment. For me, that eliminates any sense of exclusivity or privilege as a resident. The amenities, like the grills, have been out of order for over seven months and still haven't been repaired. The gym is also far too small; imagine about 280 apartments sharing a space that can only hold about 20 people. During peak hours, it's practically unusable. Trash collection is very inconsistent. It's supposed to be from 6 PM to 8 PM, but it rarely is. This forces many residents to take out their own trash to avoid leaving the container outside and risking fines of up to $125 per offense. The dog situation is also quite unpleasant. My apartment is on the first floor, and unfortunately, I sometimes see dogs relieving themselves right in front of my balcony, which is very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Furthermore, the garbage disposal is right in front of my apartment, so unpleasant odors inevitably waft in. For package delivery, they use a third-party service called Fetch, which practically requires you to be in your apartment to sign for the packages—a completely inconvenient situation. Finally, the mailrooms are inside the leasing office, which closes at 10 PM and doesn't reopen until 9 AM the following day. You decide for yourself if that's really convenient for a resident.
