Well, my own experience would staying at 1801 Metro Pl. I have met a bunch of wonderful apartment manager. They are so helpful. They work with you. All they ask is for communication and I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to know and to have as apartment managers

The attention Isabella gave to me and my companions was excellent. She explained every detail of the process, and helped me a great deal with the application forms with much patience and knowledge. I wish her a bright future at the company where she works. In short, the staff are excellent. I recommend Isabella to all customers. By the way, Happy Birthday, Isabella! God bless you and your family!

I have been living here for 3–4 months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue has been constant noise from the upstairs neighbors’ dogs, which run back and forth throughout the day and night. Despite multiple complaints to the leasing office, the situation has not been resolved. Responses are typically limited to “We’ll speak to them,” and residents are advised to call the police and file noise complaints. This ongoing disturbance has significantly affected my ability to peacefully enjoy my apartment, which is explicitly against the lease: “Animal Rules: Animals must not disturb neighbors or other residents, regardless of whether the animal is inside or outside the dwelling.” I have no issue with animals; my concern is with owners who do not control their pets, leaving other residents to deal with the consequences. Other issues include: Trash valet service: Residents pay $25/month, but the service is inconsistent. Trash is frequently skipped, and living on the second floor means I often have to handle my own trash anyway. Maintenance problems: Bathrooms were in poor condition when I moved in, with cracks and poorly repaired surfaces. Attempts to fix issues have been temporary or inadequate, leaving sinks, tubs, and drains problematic. Misleading advertising: Amenities such as a sauna are actually at a sister property, and claims about the front gate being nonfunctional due to lightning were inaccurate; the gate has reportedly been down since 2018.Overall, between the ongoing noise, poor maintenance, misrepresented services, and lack of enforcement of lease rules, I cannot recommend this complex. My experience has been disappointing from start to finish.

Amazing apartment complex! The leasing office is very responsible and always helpful with residents. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the security is great. The office team truly cares about the community and goes above and beyond to help. One of the best properties I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

I moved in over a year ago and have had mostly a good experience. I love the layout of the unit and the the screened in patios are a great size with outdoor closet space for larger storage items. The maintenance team here is incredible, within no more than a few hours of putting in a request someone is by to help. When my dishwasher stopped working, the team had a brand new one installed within an hour while I was out on errands, best surprise to come home to! Office staff has always been friendly and helpful the few times I go. The gates would be a nice addition, but I haven’t seen them closed for more than a couple nights over the last year. There are on and off issues with roaches and ants, but pest control is quick to come spray when I request. However, new neighbors since a few months ago moved in came with constant banging and stomping from upstairs and the smell of weed is constantly coming in through the vent and filling the space. It has unfortunately ruined the overall peace enough that I will likely move out at the end of this lease, the unit is no longer worth what it was when I moved in. :(
