The Palmer Dadeland Apartments

Hakiria is such a beautiful soul. I love seeing her everyday 5th ave great job!

They have a serious problem with keeping a safe and clean environment. The green area in front of the building used to be well maintained, but the last couple of months it’s been a complete disaster. Not only because of the amount of dog feces accumulated but also the leftover trash (toilet paper and pads) after the building containers are collected. The worst part is that the floor on the side of the building is always full of broken glass, so you have to be extra careful if you’re playing with kids or dogs because they will get injured, I was walking my dog 2 weeks ago at night and he got a cut on her paw. They know it is happening and they do nothing about it

the concierge, rous from 5th avenue, was very helpful and nice
