The Crossroads at Downtown Boca

Donna is the worst property manager I have ever met. She will lie about anything. She ended up adding a bunch of fake charges at move out for damage that was not there because I stood up to her trying to make me register my dog after he was already on the lease. She tried to change my lease terms mid lease and once I told her I would get lawyers involved she didn’t say a word until move out when she added these fees. When I moved in it was a different property manger and he was great, but Donna is the most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful property manager I have met, I’m surprised she is still employed.

Poor management. The only nice people working that property were the maintenance crew. The new property manager, Donna, was nice at first, but quickly began giving my husband and I a hard time because we refused to pay extra fees that were not included in our lease agreement (which we had signed before she took over). We have since moved out and we are so happy.

I love it here! It feels like home. The community is friendly and well maintained. My apartment is perfect for me and I do not see myself moving anytime soon. Donna the Manager truly seems to care for us and making sure we are happy were we live.

Been living here 7+ months and it has been the best experience in any apartment yet. Donna, the property manager is very sweet! Whenever you need maintenance to come and fix something they are there the next instant and are very helpful. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Boca as far as apartments go. Location is very prime as well.

Donna is the best property manager I’ve ever had. Very sweet and the property she manages is very very clean and very spacious. Great pricing on the units as well. Location is amazing being that it’s about 3 minutes from Mizner Park and right across the street from a nice Publix. Zero complaints!
