The Avenue Apartments

It’s a great place to live. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful, which really makes a difference. However, the biggest downside is the pools. Since the building promotes a resort-style lifestyle, it’s disappointing that neither pool is temperature controlled. Both pools are extremely cold, which makes them unusable for most of the year. This is honestly the only issue that makes me consider moving in the future. It would make a huge difference if at least one of the pools were kept at a comfortable, hotel- or resort-style temperature so residents could enjoy it year-round, not just for a few months.

The community itself is nice, but it’s impossible to enjoy it because of the security guard and the manager. Their behavior toward residents is unpleasant and discriminatory, and it completely ruins the experience of living here. I lived here for 7 years, and from day one it was always the same problem with them. The only reason I stayed so long was the proximity to my job—otherwise, I would have left much sooner. To make things worse, I originally paid a $2,000 deposit, and now they claim we only had $250 on file. After so many years of paying on time and following all the rules, this lack of transparency is a total disrespect. I do not recommend living here to anyone who values peace, respect, and honesty. There are plenty of communities in the area, and almost any other option will be better than this one.

I cant say enough about The Avenue. My experience here over the last three years has been amazing. From management to the sales teams and maintenance staff. All of them have been incredible. Any time I needed assistance they were always there. If your looking for a rental community that welcomes you like family and takes pride in maintaining the property this is the place.

Just based on the tour and info - I had a chance to tour an A2 with Nicholas. He was very friendly and straight to the point. I am not sure if I will find a suitable unit here since almost everything is booked but I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff. I am a landscape design enthusiast and the property felt like a resort. The biggest selling point to me is the level of security here. Live-in security and a few members of the police force!

I lived here for nearly 3.5 years and only left because I moved to CA. I highly recommend everyone come tour and live here. - Complex is amazing, amenities and all feels like a resort. - Property staff is next level great from leasing (Nicholas and Elvira), management (Lauren) and maintenance (Andi). - The few service requests I had, it would get done within 24hrs or even same day. (👏🏼💪🏼) I’m not one to leave reviews but this one deserves it. Go check it out, you’ll thank me later 😉.
