Riverhouse at 11th Apartments

I love living here. The location is very convenient and the building is extremely clean. The office staff is always kind and attentive, and whenever I’ve had an issue they resolve it very quickly. The pool and all the common areas make you feel like you’re living in a luxury place. It’s truly a wonderful place to live.

I had a great experience! I would like to give special recognition to Veronica. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She is such a great asset to the Riverhouse community.

Love living here. Management is kind and helpful. The build is clean. Amenities are beautiful and very well kept also. Location is very practical, 10 min from Brickell, 10 minutes from Midtown, 10 minutes from Calle 8, 15 min from Coconut Grove.

Your professionalism and responsiveness truly make a difference. Unprofessional and uncalled for sassy attitude, I was foolish enough to do a reset and within 6 months right back due to Quincy’s own volition. They put a smile on, but will stab you in the back within 10 minutes. We pay top dollar to deal with such disrespectful behavior and never in my life have I felt so unsafe and unwanted in a place that I live in. They tried towing a residents car tonight and they expect women to park two blocks away and walk when we have an EMPTY garage downstairs. We pay for amenities yet for 6+ months the gym is missing equipment. Pool closes early so people who work until 730 can’t even use it. No security in our building (over 7 break-ins and 1 car theft in the last 4 years) with no resolution or care, except punishing the tenants. Now they charge for parking downstairs when we have no guests ever.. I get that maybe money isn’t all there for the building, but let’s keep milking the same cow. Shame on you Riverhouse. Do not waste my time with your empty words Quincy.
