I lived at Regency Pointer Apartments for 7 years, and I can honestly say my experience was deeply positive. Over the years, there were different management teams, but I want to especially highlight the current manager, Keva Duncan, who is, without a doubt, the best. During a very difficult time in my life, as my wife was battling cancer, I had to speak with management, and their response was something I will never forget: genuine understanding, real empathy, and a level of humanity that is rare to find. Keva listened to me carefully at all times, answered every concern I had with remarkable patience, and showed extraordinary compassion. His approach went beyond professionalism—it was truly human. I also want to recognize Annie, always kind, attentive, and sincerely concerned about our situation, and Albe, consistent in maintaining the community, but even more valuable as a person—always attentive and genuinely caring about my wife's health. Our decision to move was not due to dissatisfaction, but because of family needs. We had to relocate to be closer to our daughters and provide better care for my wife. To the entire Regency Pointer Apartments team: thank you. Keva listened attentively at all times, answering each of my questions with admirable patience and extraordinary sensitivity. Her approach wasn't just professional; it was deeply human. I also want to acknowledge Annie, always kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about our situation, and Albe, who was constant in maintaining the condominium, but even more valuable as a person, always looking out for my wife and showing a genuine interest in her health. Our move wasn't due to dissatisfaction, but rather a family necessity: we had to move to be closer to our daughters and to be able to provide my wife with the care she needs. To the entire team at Regency Pointer Apartments: thank you. More than just a place to live, you proved to be a team of truly wonderful people.

Don’t move here if you don’t want to be over paying on rent and people popping up out of nowhere to go in your home and things go missing.and the people that works in the office makes it no better they want to charge for any and everything that needs to be fixed nothing I new all appliances are out dated and been use by previous tenants they have roaches in them apartments and all they would do is spray primer on the walls and say it’s ready to move in, negating that would be the manager’s special ha ha. And people that don’t even stay there be in there committing crimes and going to the pool area. Don’t even get in the pool cause is dirty and has mold like when was the last time they have cleaned that pool. This place is robbing people of their rent don’t have no other type of income cause the will go digging just to try and get extra money from you. I’ve seen people move in and move out before the year is up. When they go and pop up to your apartment when you are not home they would find the smallest issue to complain about and make it a big issue they need to do better with management and them that comes and do maintenance in your apartment. Oh it’s also a restriction on everything nothing can’t be out on the balcony or in front of the door you would have to remove it and that new paint they just added to the apartment buildings you will be paying more rent cause they have painted over the old paint to try and make it look appealing to new tenants the trash are they only have two small trash bin and everything builded up outside of the trash bin they need bigger bins to accommodate all that nasty mess they just let sit there and please don’t let you kids play at that playground is dirty and unsanitary people let they dog walk there and pee and if they they find out you have a pet without they’re knowledge they will put a letter on your door either saying you have to pay almost $400 for the pet being there or you will be evicted. This place is a scam DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!!. The rent goes up almost every year why go up if the rooms aren’t even that big this place is just dreadful and covered in disgust don’t expect to see anything because it isn’t just cleaned up and paid over. If I was an property inspector they would fail, cracks in the ceilings, floors,wallls and around the building walls seems like anything could go wrong. There is no assigned park people park where and however they want this place bring tenants in just to make a good come up. If you have family and friends come over they will say you have a lot of activities going on at your place neighbors don’t like neighbors and ALSO, you have juveniles and adults that will steal your packages and yeah you can’t even put a ring camera outside your door. Feels like a slave complex you can’t do anything without master permission all you can do is go to work and come home and repeat. No large gatherings or parties gun violence does take place here so be careful and vigilant and aware of your surroundings. Even though it’s a gated small community that gate pad does not always work system be down and you can’t get in if you don’t have a decal which is for the residents. Let me not leave this out you have way more cars there than people staying here it’s people that’s living there that’s not even on their lease they hide all of them when it’s time for inspection. They would have to leave and then come back when it’s done it’s crazy how these apartments complexes work you pay this and that then out of nowhere you have to pay more than what they’re asking for if that’s the case might as well pay a mortgage you will be in your own space without having to look over your shoulders or people going into your place unknowingly.I WILL BE BACK WITH PHOTOS

Super rude and don’t know how to treat people. Another thing ask yourself why rent is so cheap and every couple months rent will go up.
