The staff here is amazing very friendly and really caring about the property. This is my third year living here and would highly recommend the property.

Great place to live and very convenient area as well with a starbucks, Aldis and a Milams! Very clean and secure, maintenance staff is very attentive and responsive! Leasing office is very nice and Jorge was very welcoming and helpful my one year here. I didn’t get to use the amenities all that much but the gym is serviceable. Would live here if I didn’t have to move out of state.

I lived at Platform 3750 and moved out in good standing. Months later, I discovered a $443 balance” had been sent to collections without any email, call, or notice to me. I never received a final bill or any communication from management before it impacted my credit. This is extremely frustrating and feels negligent, especially when former residents no longer have access to their unit mailbox. I’ve since paid the balance through collections, but this experience seriously damaged my trust in how this property handles move-out accounts and communication. Future residents: make sure you get written confirmation that your balance is $0 when you move out, because this property does not proactively notify you before sending balances to collections. - Amy Gallardo
