Pine Grove Condominium Association

To answer CAROLINA on the parking situation. Each owner is given an assigned spot and visitor's spot.If there's THREE or FOUR people in a condo and they all have cars guess what......They're taking up visitor's spots. In this economy with high rent there's even MORE bodies and they feel entitled to park on premises safely rather than road. You come in sundown I've seen people arriving to sleep on floors rather than car so all that not only contributes to lack of parking but destroying the pipes and other infrastructure and eminaties due to more people than these 1 and 2 bedroom condos are ment to hold.

I love the condo, but the people in the office are the worst. Nobody has a good opinion of Rosa; she's a real gem. She won't look you in the eye, treats you with contempt, doesn't want to do her job, and goes to lunch at 11:30 to avoid helping you. I honestly don't know how they aren't ashamed to have that woman working there. All she cares about is money.

This place is really bad when it comes to management, they really don't care about their residents, I had one of my vehicles almost stolen, that same morning I went to the association to get help, maybe they could of checked camera footage, help me in a way I can use it to send it to the authorities, they told me they were going to help, literally 5 days pass and didn't received any email or call from anyone, after the 5 days I went back to see what was going on and I was met with side eyes, after I ask what was going on, no one wanted to answer me, I ask if they had the footage at least and they answer in a mockery manner that they couldn't see the footage because it was already expired or deleted. I ask why they didn't reach out to me sooner with any answer and couldn't say anything back, the worse customer service you can get from an association, so in conclusion, if you are looking for a place where management doesn't care about your personal stuff and doesn't like to helps the residents, then this is the perfect place for you!!! Not!!!

Probably the worst association who cuts corners on their buildings in order to give management weekends off and pay raises :) Will not address a PLUMBING EMERGENCY ISSUE within an ENTIRE building because “it’s the weekend”. Horribly old pipes but thank goodness that management got a $3,000 pay raise for doing nothing! The janitors do much more in the buildings and they barely got a $100 raise. Plumbers came in amazing, on time, and helped throughout the entire process and they are the only ones who kept me sane throughout this entire ordeal.
