Palm Towers

There’s two elevators yet for over I would like to say wellll over 6 months one has been out of service and the other is constantly breaking. Parking lot floods making it impossible for the elderly living here to make it to their cars after heavy rain without discomfort and sometimes even car troubles. Roaches and such are issues for residents and while improvements to the one elevator that works sometimes (yet people, mainly elderly living there get stuck in more often than normal) have come recently, it’s an issue that should have been fixed much sooner especially in a place where ambulances come and have to transport elderly to the hospital through the elevator. I hope improvements continue coming because the tenants living here deserve to live simple lives without having to go up and down the stairs with degrading health because the elevators down so often.

The place is dirty and very abandoned, it is a place for the elderly and they have two elevators and only one was working, luckily I went up and when it was time to go down they were both broken, the neighbors told me that a long time ago one was not working and the other one was working for a while, it works most of the time they do not have one and it is a place for the elderly, the office does not solve their needs and when it does it does not do it well, I refer to the photos.The closest parking spaces are reserved for maintenance workers instead of the elderly who live there!
