Northside Vistas Apartments

Northside Vista is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are spacious and are very well maintained. They have top-notch stainless-steel appliances and awesome wood floors. The staff is awesome and maintenance is always on time to handle any issues. I've been living here for one year and happy to renew my lease.... I LOVE IT HERE!

I have had an exceptional experience living at Northside Vista Apartment community.  The community is very serene, safe, and has an inviting atmosphere that feels like home. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained. Some of the features I appreciate are the 24/7 on-site security presence in the building, and gated parking lot space. I would especially like to recognize Roxana, the property manager, for her outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for residents. She is always approachable, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that residents feel valued and supported. The maintenance team, Hassan and Fran, are equally deserving of recognition. They are kind, respectful, and highly skilled. Whenever I have needed assistance, they have responded promptly and addressed any concerns with professionalism and attention to detail. My only personal con is the presence of a vape shop located nearby. The location of neighboring businesses is entirely outside of their control, and it does not reflect on the quality of the property or the outstanding service provided by the team. My preference regarding the nearby business is simply a personal one. That said, it has not diminished the positive experience I have had living here. What sets this complex apart is the combination of excellent management, outstanding maintenance support, 24/7 security, and the tranquil surroundings makes this an exceptional place to live. Overall, I am grateful that I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to call home.

Worst management ever. If you’re a resident here don’t expect much from the leasing office. Stairs covered in urine from pets, packages stolen out mailroom, parking lot not patrolled, and auto theft. The leasing office does not care to resolve any issues, never answer emails and they don’t document anything.
