I moved into Northside Vistas Apartments in July 2025, and my experience has been great from the very beginning. Oriana, the Assistant Property Manager, provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process—from submitting my application all the way to my move-in date. She was always smiling, friendly, and helpful, which truly made a difference during what can be a stressful time. This is exactly the kind of support residents need when moving. The staff consistently does a great job keeping the building clean inside and outside, and the landscaping and grass maintenance are always well maintained. The residents’ lounge is beautiful and a perfect space to host activities or simply relax and enjoy a change of scenery within the community. The apartment community is quiet and conveniently located near food, shopping, and stores that are connected to the building, which makes everyday living very easy. I’m truly glad to be a part of this community and would recommend Northside Vistas Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I would like to share my sincere feedback regarding my move into the new apartments at Northside vista. The application process was significantly easier than at other places; everything was resolved within a week, which I truly appreciated. When I first moved in, I did experience a few issues that affected my peace and comfort. One of my neighbors would talk loudly between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. I must highlight that Oriana, the manager, was incredibly supportive and proactive in helping me find a solution. After about a month, the situation improved completely, and it has been quiet ever since, something I am truly grateful for. I also had a neighbor who parked in my assigned spot every day. Once again, Oriana stepped in and handled the issue promptly, and I have not experienced the problem since. As for the apartment itself, it is very comfortable. Maintenance is efficient and helpful whenever something needs attention. The internet is fast, there are several stores conveniently located nearby, and the area is quite clean. Overall, it is a peaceful place to live, and I genuinely appreciate the manager’s support and constant presence. The only aspect I would change is the Smoke shop located at the main entrance. Because of it, the entrance area and the elevator often smell like weed.
