There is a mini market under this place. The owner( i guess he is the owner) was so nice and friendly. He recommended me to drink water with salt and lemon 🍋 without me asking. At first, i thought he tried to convince me to buy his products but nope he was genuinely nice and told me to drink electrolytes water and we started talking about healthy food. He said he had to go to a hospital years ago. I hope he gets better now 🙏

Elizabeth, the property Manager, is absolutely caring, helping, knowledgeable, and a kind lady. I felt at home the minute I came in to talk about these apartments. She was so welcoming, professional and showed me all the amenities, and the apartment that would be my home. My girlfriend came with me and we loved everything about the Montecassinni Apartments.

my experience was amazing. I loved my apartment and the property manager was amazing and helped us a lot since the beginning to get Approved . even through unfortunate tragedy with my husband. She still helped me and also made the process easier for me to be able to move out. I would definitely live here again.

My family and I moved in here when it first opened 2 years ago and I can happily say that every year we look forward to renewing our lease. I fell in love with the balcony and the location is perfect. We have consistently experienced the best residential support services thanks to the manager Elizabeth. Both her and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The few times that I have submitted a maintenance request or simply voiced a concern I have received a prompt response from her as well as her staff. Elizabeth is always available for the residents. The maintenance team is very active, always fixing, painting, cleaning. There is security and video recording 24/7. I intent to continue renewing my lease for years to come, and I strongly recommend Montecassini apartments.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it is a great place to live, very calmed, peaceful, awesome amenity areas that are available and functional, all services work, and if you have troubles with any of them, you can freely refer to the management to solve that with maintenance. Great and professional staff, they have security staff, video surveillance, if you have problems to be solved you can always report. Elizabeth which is the Property Manager does an amazing job, she will always do her best to help you but following the rules and being fair for all parts. Of course, if don’t want to comply with the rules, don’t expect to be understood or tolerated. Beautiful views and right in the corner of the Miami International Airport (MIA), 6-8 min away. Quick access to Downtown area, and not too far from Brickell. Safe area too. If any doubts, inquiries, consultations, questions before moving, go ahead and ask management & staff.
