Miami World Tower

We stopped by Miami World Tower without an appointment, and Ana-Marie from the leasing office went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process feel seamless. Throughout the application process, she was very responsive and always willing to help. She's one of the best leasing agents I've worked with. You can really feel the difference in a building with good management.

I have lived here for over a year now and I have loved every minute. The building is in a perfect location and is very well taken care of. The staff is amazing and overall it has been such an awesome experience. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment. This one is truly a GEM. Special shoutout to Ana-Marie, Michael, & Massiel. They are a dream team that will make sure you are taken care of!

Beautiful building with great facilities, stunning views of the Miami skyline and water, and an excellent location. Unfortunately, the management team completely undermines the experience. Management consistently ignores legitimate complaints and often responds with dismissive or misleading explanations rather than taking accountability or providing real solutions. After eight months of raising concerns, absolutely nothing has been resolved. The biggest issue is the extremely poor soundproofing. My apartment experiences constant noise and vibration from the top-floor gym, starting at 6:00 AM and continuing until around 10:00 PM every day. This has seriously impacted my sleep and quality of life, and despite countless reports, management has taken no meaningful action. Additionally, there is no package room staff, resulting in packages going missing on a regular basis. It’s also unreasonable that residents paying over $6,250 per month must still pay separately for parking. This building has great potential, but until the management team begins addressing issues instead of deflecting them, residents will continue to face unnecessary frustration. What a shame

My partner and I had the pleasure of finding our perfect home at Miami World Tower, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The building itself is absolutely stunning, showcasing incredible design and breathtaking views in the heart of downtown Miami. From the start, Mike, the Assistant Manager, made the process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, attentive, and truly listened to what we were looking for. His guidance made all the difference in helping us feel confident about our decision. Thank you Mike! The concierge team is always kind, welcoming, and helpful, and every interaction with the building’s team has been a pleasure. We couldn’t be happier to call Miami World Tower our home!

Love love love this building! Management staff is so prompt with answering + addressing any and all questions we have as residents, especially our favorites Alvaro, Michael, and Ana-Marie. Additionally our lobby reception is so welcoming & keeps the good vibes of our residence, thank you Emilio & Suzy for being the best there is and helping us out whenever you guys can!
