I just moved into Miami World Tower a week ago, and I can honestly say the experience has exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, the entire leasing and move-in process was seamless—and a huge part of that is thanks to Assistant Property Manager, Michael Benzel. Mike has been absolutely exceptional to work with. He is incredibly conscientious, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. Moving across state lines can be stressful, but Mike made everything feel easy and enjoyable. He was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure that every detail was handled with care. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful in their work, and it truly made all the difference during this transition. The building itself is just as impressive. The workout facilities are top-tier, the pools are stunning, and the units are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Everything is impeccably maintained, and you can tell there’s real pride in the property. The concierge experience has also been fantastic—Andy downstairs has been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, making day-to-day life here even more enjoyable. Overall, my transition to Miami has been incredibly memorable, thanks in large part to Mike and the amazing community at Miami World Tower. I’m so excited to be here and look forward to continuing to discover all of the wonderful features this building has to offer. May 2026 update to original review: Living at Miami World Tower has already been an incredible experience, and a huge part of that is because of Anthony at the concierge desk. Having lived in many apartment buildings over the years and interacted with countless concierges, I can genuinely say Anthony is the best I have ever encountered. What sets him apart is not just his professionalism, but the truly personal approach he brings to every interaction. He takes the time to know residents individually, understands what matters to people, and consistently goes above and beyond to make everyday life in the building seamless, welcoming, and meaningful. No request is ever treated as too small, and every interaction feels thoughtful and sincere. Anthony gives 100% of himself to his work every single day, and it shows. From his responsiveness to his kindness to the pride he clearly takes in helping residents, he is an extraordinary asset to this building and plays a major role in making Miami World Tower feel like home. I feel truly fortunate to have met him so early in my time here and look forward to continuing to work with him in the years ahead. The building is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing it.
