I moved to Marine Plaza a month ago and everything has been great. Excellent service and helpfulness from the administrative and maintenance staff. 10/10!

give the best review of the marine plaza apartments, because the facility is quite clean, the best security for its residents and a magnificent place to live, only one thing is in terrible condition, which is the bathroom, almost none of which works, everything else 10 stars, especially give a special thanks and a 10 star rating to Miss Daisy Medina in the residential Gator office area located at 7020 Rue Granville Dr, Miami Beach, who was the one who assisted me from start to finish With her excellent attention, education, professionalism and good treatment. Thanks to her, the entire hiring process and rent documentation was super fast and I was pleased with the attention she provided.
