WARNING! THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! After exactly 5 years and 5 months, being an exemplary and responsible tenant with my payments, I was forced to vacate the apartment in just 12 days because "some individuals" moved into the unit next door and wouldn't let me sleep. When I complained to the manager several times, she got angry and kicked me out. Before this incident, the microwave broke down once, and it took 3 months to replace it.

Management is horribly gridy. When I moved I had to pay to move in. Plus I had to pay for the usps box keys the apartment has an awful odor related to the shooter close to the apartment. The fridge handle was broken and not cooling enough. I reported to the management and nothing happened. The owner didn’t answered anything I repaired it .and the oven door gasquet was almost burn as it was cheapy I never replaced it but when I left the replacement. Because you are responsible on repair up to 150$ In that building So I had to pay 165$ to repair the kitchen sink that was clotted. I had to spend more than 3 months without microwave as the humidity of the electric system caused a short circuit in it so I stopped using it until it dried up after several times the neighbor s upstairs provoque leaking Creating a very humid environment I had to replace all the bulbs and lamp in some cases twice. Now they want to keep 1500$ deposit because they say I left the building in a very bad shape. And with an odor they can not fix. Go figure out. No report given to me. So professionalism no respect for their costumers. This condo is not recommended. Eye wide open
