Been here for the last 4 years. This place stays clean and safe! Ms.Tiki is a superstar and one of the most kind and understanding property managers I've ever encountered. What a blessing it has been to find this place‼️

My husband and I reside at 11003 Pinkston Drive, We have no complain since living here, Ms. Pyfrom has been so very nice to deal with. Whenever a maintenance issue arise, she deals with the matter in a timely manner, she has an open door policy. She is never too busy to listen to you when the needs arrive. The place is well kept, clean and oder free. There is no garbage messing up the grounds of our community, We truly appriciate how she helped us getting access to the vaccine during the time of COVID-9. CVS came to us we did not have to join those long lines. Ms. Pyfrom does her job well and it is a pleasure dealing with her. I must say she is truly a very pleasant woman of God.

Hello this letter is for Cornerstone concerning Miss Tiki the manager of John & Anita Ferguson Apartments. She is as awsome person she always there to help always have the door open no matter what. When covid-19 first came out she had CVS Pharmacy to come out and give us a vaccinations so we would not have to stand in line. She is always eager to help never too busy to talk the door is always open, always there to to help when we going through different situations and always have a pleasant smile on her face, she's a very awsome person!!
