Absolutely do not move here! Terrible management, slow response time, and poor communication from property staff. Constantly upgrading the exterior of the building to hide the extreme lack of care on the inside. Hallways and elevators are constantly dirty with nasty odors. The pool and common areas on the 6th floor are also not properly maintained. Most of the gym equipment do not function properly. Maintenance takes an excessive amount of time to complete requests. Units are extremely dusty and pests are often found. Elevators are very slow and break down every week. It is not worth what you will be paying. Do not be fooled by the tours!

I recently took a tour at Identity Miami, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience ,especially thanks to Gianna! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel so comfortable right away. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does because her energy is contagious. Gianna was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable throughout the entire tour. She answered every question I had, broke everything down clearly, and made sure I fully understood what makes Identity Miami so special. It didn’t feel like a typical tour; it felt like walking around with a friend who truly cared about my experience. What really stood out was how Gianna went above and beyond. She didn’t just point things out; she shared stories, tips, and personal insights that made the whole visit memorable. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made such a lasting impression. Honestly, if you’re thinking about checking out Identity Miami, ask for Gianna! she is the absolute best! I left feeling so inspired and excited, all thanks to her enthusiasm and professionalism. Identity Miami is already amazing, but Gianna takes it to another level. 10/10 experience !! I’d recommend this tour (and her!) to anyone without hesitation!

We stopped by Identity this weekend. We had no appointment. We were in the area looking for housing for our daughter. We popped in unannounced. GG greeted us at the front desk with a smile. I asked her if she had time to give us a tour. SHE SAID YES! I was very surprised because we had appointments at the surrounding apartments buildings - and they barely wanted to show us around. It was like we were bothering them. So I was really surprised when GG agreed to tour us. She was AMAZING! She made us feel welcomed and showed us all around Identity. GG was also able to answer all of of questions. The apartments were beautiful. Identity wasn't even on our list - but because of GG and how comfortable she made us feel - we are happy to announce we just signed a lease there and our daughter is super excited to move into Identity in the Fall. You are lucky to have someone like GG working there. You can tell she really loves Identity and now so do we!

Identity has truly been a blessing for me. After moving across the country, I was initially worried about what living in Miami would be like, but my experience here has been great. I don’t have transportation yet, but seeing the Freebee shuttles and residents riding scooters in and out of the building creates a welcoming, pedestrian friendly vibe. The property is a short walk/Ride to campus, and grocery stores like Publix and Target are conveniently close as well. Many residents and students shop there, so you often run into friends, which makes the community feel even more connected.

Identity Miami is a great place to live. The building is clean, modern, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and always helpful when you need something. The location is really good and close to stores, food, and transportation. Maintenance fixes problems quickly, and the building feels safe. Overall, it’s been a really good experience, and I would recommend Identity Miami to others.
