Way overpriced for such a small space. Living on campus is good for freshmen that were very sheltered throughout their life (like I was). It's safe and there are RAs. It's a learning experience and transitional to moving out. Very easy to make friends too. For anyone else, if you're thinking about moving off campus, and have a car, do it. Otherwise, the only good thing about living on campus is being close to campus resources and classes. Unfortunately, it is still mad inconvenient to live off campus without a car, even for the apartments that are "across the street". Tampa campus is 1,500 acres and 240 buildings. Do not fall for that. If you don't have a car live on campus

Super well located within the campus and offers comfort for the student. Close to the HUB, Publix, Gym, Pool, Parking, Room classes, hospital, ... 💯

Holly Mail Room, bldg No 4232; Printing services available 24x7 even during the spring breaks. For those living off campus, its the best place to get your free prints during campus shut down hours.

My first party on campus was at Holly! Usually we'd go to Avalon, haha!
