I had a very disappointing experience with the security guard. I was simply trying to pick up a passenger and was treated with unnecessary hostility and a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of providing clear instructions, he was rude, disrespectful, and made the situation much more difficult than it needed to be. Customer service and basic courtesy should be expected from anyone in this position. I hope management addresses this behavior to prevent other people from having the same experience.”
