Fountains Limited

My name is Lianetsy. It's been 3 years since I moved in to The Fountains and I am planning to stay longer because I feel great living here. The Management is great, Gricel is a very nice and helpful person and Jesus is awesome as a maintenance staff.

I’ve been living here a few years now and the staff is amazing, whenever I’ve needed something it gets taken care of right away I don’t need to call on the daily. The building is well kept and clean. Very quite building complex which I love, you can’t hear your Neighbor or anything, great walls lol nice clean pool also. Great location, you’re central! Thank you Grisel and Jesus for making me feel like family, you guys are awesome!

It is a very nice place. I have lived at the Fountain for about 6 years, is a quiet place, very clean and very good neighborhood. The manager is very helpful person and she is always on the top of every detail and issue with a prompt response. The maintenance staff really hard worker, congrats!!!

I’ve been living here for 4 years now. I do consider this place my home, my oasis, my place to disconnect. The community areas are kept clean. And most importantly, is Quiet 🤫 The pool is always impeccable. I give an A Plus for customer service. I want to thank Gricel Cutino (manager) and Jesús Leo ( maintenance) for their professionalism and care for the tenants and for the property. High kudos for them!!!

It's a shame that such a reasonably priced property, run by a terrific staff, is managed by the absolute most petty and frugle management team. While the on-site management is exemplary, i had on going issues with my apartment, which had an awful termite infestation. The infestation was so awful, that i had to terminate my lease, legally, and leave the premises. That being said, out of respect for the on-site management team, which was always helpful, I hired a professional cleaning crew, to leave the apartment perfect for them. Sadly, the management team, that on-site has to answer to, has decided to keep my security deposit, even though the apartment was inhabitable.Not to mention they charged me the remainder of the lease termination fee, which was terminated by means that i had no control over. The management company of this property expects you to live in a termite infested apartment and had i known this? I would've left the apartment absolutely filthy. It's disrespectful to treat loyal tenants this way and I highly recommend that no one lives in any property that is managed by PMI Florida. They won't resolve your issues and they most certainly won't care about anything but collecting money. Absolutely despicable.Do not live here.
