Forma Miami Residences

I recently visited a friend and got a tour of Forma and I was genuinely impressed. The building is kept in exceptional condition, and it’s clear that a lot of attention goes into maintaining every space to a very high standard. What really sets this property apart is the incredible amenity package. Beyond the beautiful pool, fitness facilities, and wellness spaces, they also have dedicated rooms for just about everyone—including a teen room, kids club, dance/spin studio, coworking areas, and even a meditation/decompression pod that feels like something out of a luxury resort. The amenity collection is one of the most extensive I’ve seen in Miami. The entire property feels thoughtfully designed, clean, modern, and well-managed. Whether you’re looking for wellness amenities, family-friendly spaces, or simply a luxury lifestyle experience, Forma delivers. The fact that Whole Foods is integrated into the building is just another bonus. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a luxury residence in Miami. It truly feels like living in a five-star resort every day.

I visited the property last week; I know Forma’s chief engineer (Alain). The property looks very nice and modern, features many beautiful amenities, it feels really good to be there. It is also very peaceful, and I have to highlight the cleanliness, as it is evident that the maintenance and cleaning staff do an excellent job.

Living here has been one of the best decisions of my life & everytime I need a maintenance request they legit come on the hour. Alexis from the maintenance team is super sweet & was at my door first thing in the morning after putting in a request late at night to get my water filter replaced :)
