Flow Miami Apartments

Doing a long stay at the “hotel” and it barely functions. Washing machine doesn’t work properly. Staff is super lazy and have an attitude if you request basic things like toilet paper and your own mail. Wait times for lift are long. No proper staffing downstairs. Staff don’t bother responding to requests and conveniently don’t have a phone in apartments so it’s near impossible to get in contact with someone reliable to once again, get something as basic as toilet paper brought to your room. Apartments are barely fine. Dirty walls. Some towels have been dirty. Cheap furnishings. Just lazy overall.

I stayed in Flow Miami and had the best stay! The apartment was cozy, clean and fully equipped. The location is downtown, which is very convenient, only a walk away from amazing places. Additionally, there is daily activities happening related to wellbeing. The facilities are perfect (gym, pool, offices, spa, coffee shop etc) and the services are great as well. Definitely coming back!

Moved in a week ago and the washer and dryer still do not work. I was told to “give them a few days” because they apparently don’t know how to fix them and regular brands like Whirlpool or Samsung do not fit this specific unit. No temporary solution, alternative, or accommodation was offered in the meantime, and now it has been a full week with no updates or further communication. Very disappointing move-in experience, especially for something as essential as laundry.

It was an amazing stay & the staff were amazing!
