The mailroom system is so inconvenient(my Amazon package delivered over 3 days ago and is still not ready for me to pick up in the mailroom) and the things in this apartment is always broken(AC, dryer, dish washer). Had to call maintanence 3 times to get a single thing fixed. Talked to the front desk 3 times for the issue of my card not working for the elevator nor the main entrance. They wrote done my room number and the number on the card but not fixing anything. Every time I need to ask the front desk to give me access for the elevator. The experience living here is disappointing.

I’m an FAU alumni and I stayed in both the 4 room and two room and they both provided an amazing experience. Enjoyed the pool.

Moved my sophomore in on Friday. FAU's process is great. The dorm is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a kitchen and living area. There's a stackable washer and dryer in the room too. The appliances are basic and dated, but functional and certainly nice to have! There's a resort style zero entry pool, grills, and volleyball. It's steps away from the stadium.

Actually the worst living situation. Your paying just as much as an apartment so I would go with the apartment. All utilities are old and broken, mold growing all over dorm, nobody helps. Building is run by students.
