Me lived in these apt for 2 1/2 years loved them close to my job and always quite and clean Teresa and Ricardo keep it in top shape thx for everything 6W.

I have lived at Fairway Apartments in Miami springs for over 4 years and I am very pleased with them.they sre very attentive with there tenants and keep the property very clean and up to date. If ever I have had an issue in my apartment they are very quick and efficient in resolving the issue.great place to live in

The area is clean and quiet yet near everything. The manager Theresa is very professional knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment she is promptly attending to it. She is a pleasure to work with. 11w.

I have had an incredible stay in these apartments. Its always clean , peaceful and in a very beautiful location with great neighbors. I highly recommend anyone to live here because the property manager, Teresa , does a spectacular job taking care of this place and everyone who lives here. I am Santiago Gonzalez from APT : 24W
